Welcome to the Son Reign Prison Ministries web site. Since 1983, we
have been busy visiting Prisons around the United States, providing
hope for hundreds of inmates. See a list of prisons we have visited.
We are an independent Ministry made up of many churches through the Miami Valley area, with ministers are from Cincinnati, Ohio to Sidney, Ohio.
Son Reign was founded by Charles and Brenda Melson. Brenda had the vision and Charlie had the hands power. They started with just a car. Now we now own a van, dedicated to Son Reign activity.
God has raised the bar for Son Reign and we are now raising monies to buy property/house to begin a re-entry program; first for the men, then the women and families as they are restored.
Son Reign believes that if we can help an inmate get on their feet spiritually and financially, they can become productive citizens.

In 2008, we have visited these prisons, and even filled in on short notice for other ministries. We look forward to visiting many more in 2009!
